Is this PSU sufficient?

Motherboard?
Will there be any other component running off the build (incl USB devices)?
That PSU you linked would give you a realistic steady efficient 344 watts.

Nonetheless, you could skate on ice with that PSU. Your video card alone has a 450 watt recommendation. The next model up will no doubt be suffice: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139018

Here is a rough power draw of your components when under load:
CPU: 170 watt
GPU: 250 watt

The above alone comes to 420 watts (only 10 watts off that PSU you linked).

Your power draw is way off for those components. I have a x4 955, 6850, 4 hdd's, 10 fans, and a tv tuner and fully loaded I draw around 330w (with a killawatt it's not perfectly accurate but it's in the ballpark).

The pci-e slot is 75w and the 6pin is 75w so right there is 150w for the gpu so you overrated by 100w on the gpu and 90w on the cpu. If you read what I posted you'll see that I am less wattage than what you say it should be (for a lesser system) so obviously you overrated it. Also that anandtech is total system wattage.

Conflicting info but to be safe I'll go with the 500W verision
