I have an Enermax 350 watt PSU running:

P4 2.66
Gigabyte GA-SINXP1394 motherboard
512 DDR dual channel
1 DVD burner
1 CD burner
temperature drive bay thing
2x 9.1 GB SCSI drives running in RAID 0
40 GB IDE
160 GB SATA
Sound Blaster 5.1 Sound Card
Mylex Raid Card
Wireless 54G card
GeForce 4 MX440 <<<i know.. its old
Firewire card


thats about it..

is my PSU overloaded? the voltages are:

12v - 11.97V
5.0v - 5.03V
3.3v - 3.23V
Core - 1.72V
 
I think you are getting close. And it depends
how on the edge you want to be...An upgrade
to a more modern 2.0 spec 450w would get you some more headroom. But I don't think you are in danger of blowing up.

You've got that PSU fairly loaded. If it were me I'd feel far more comforable with a bigger unit.
