Is this PSU enough for this setup?

I currently have a SeaSonic S12 600WATT PSU powering:

*ASUS A8N-SLI Premium Socket 939 Motherboard
*AMD Athlon 64 FX-60 CPU overclocked to 2.81GHz (undervolted from 1.35 to 1.325V)
*2 CD/DVD drives
*4 SATA hard disk drives (2 Western DIgital Raptors and 2 7200RPM Western Digital)
*2 1GB DDR SDRAM DIMMs of OCZ PC4000 memory overclocked to 533MHz
*2 GeForce 7800GT video cards in SLI.
*4 low speed 120mm fans.

Is that power supply comfortably enough for this setup as it is. I have had problems with SLI before. Sometimes games lock up with it enabled. However when I disable SLI, the games don't lock up. I had to replace one of the 7800GTs and it solved the problems for a while. Now the problem has came back again, but seems more minor. Could that be because this PSU isn't enough to power 2 7800GTs with my current setup??? Or is it just that I had a bad video cards and the new one they sent me through RMA had a tiny slight hardware fault that was less noticeable?

And most importantly will my SeaSonic S12 600WATT PSU comfortably be enough power if I plan to replace both GeForce 7800GTs with a single GeForce 8800GTX?
