is this problem due to OCing?

ok my monitor everyother time i reboot resets itself to use only a protion of the screen and something like 8 bit ?, goes away after i have to hit the power button to reboot, this OC is sandra and 2k3 stable but could this be the problem
 
Sometimes machines develop weird quirks. Is it due to OC? Possibly. But I would look elsewhere for problems if you are experiencing solid stability.
