Is this power supply for me?

Here is what i plan to run.

Possibly OC'ed 3000+ venice or X2 3800+
DFI Lanparty NF4 SLI DR
1-2 gigs of gskill ram also possibly oc'ed
1 Dual Layer DVD Drive
2 sata 300gb hd's
1 raptor 74gb hd
1 7800gtx possibly SLI later on

will 500 watts be enough? again i am looking for a modular power supply.
