And to answer your question. No. You'd never get that processor to post that high...
 
i beleave intel started putting into effect a safety mechanism that downclocks the chips if it gets to hot when they came out with p3's
 
those are SO old. They pop up on forums atleast twice a year... and yes, they are FAKE
