Is this normal?

I sent my samsung 24 inch LCD in for repair a few weeks ago and got it back last week.

Well I noticed it was just not "right"

So I did a test and heres what stunned me:





is this normal? if not... do i RMA it AGAIN? it took 2 weeks and man it stunk not having it.

Correct me if I'm wrong but those are screenshots so they are not influenced by your monitor. Also I have no idea what I'm supposed to be looking for in them.

Taking a screenshot allows us to see what it should look like on our monitor, not yours.

O it didnt show up? that stinks!

Okay heres what I am seeing

One the red/black on im seeing tints of red going from top to bottom of the monitor... its moving like something you see in the matrix with the numbers and such...

It Only happens with black backrounds... when I do green or blue I dont see no red bars.

They replaced something electrical in the monitor... at least that is what they said.

Try another monitor to clarify that its definitely the monitor causing it.
Also try another video lead.

Take a picture of it with a camera and post that.
