Is this normal for my processor/setup?

I'm running a 2.4GHz Q6600 with an HD4850 and 4GB of ram. I've run 3DMark06, and I'm not sure if the results are normal. I noticed that on the comparison for my system and similar setups, my system was pretty far down. I am using all stock settings/cooling. When I get to the CPU portions of the tests, I am getting 0-3 FPS and my core loads according to Core Temp are all 95-100%.

My scores are:
System: 11513
SM 2.0: 4516
SM 3.0: 5110
CPU: 3702

I just ran CPUMark 2.1 and got a score of 4895.

Also, I noticed during moderate loads, the load in one core is typically 95%+ while maybe 0-10% in the other 3. Is this a normal distribution?
 
the overall number looks about right. the cpu portion always runs extremely slow. they designed it to bring everything to it's knees.
 
When I am not overclocked I get 12500 3Dmarks with the Q6600 system in my sig.

My max when I am at 3.6ghz is 15047, I haven't tried to push it too far.
