Hey, so I currently have a 120gb Vertex 2 in my laptop. However, I find it a bit cramped, so I'm thinking of upgrading to a 240gb Vertex 2.
On ++++, it is $390 - 30 MIR and includes a $20 gift card. I know the Vertex 3 is coming/here, but my laptop doesn't do SATA III and there is a pretty big price difference.
My plan is to add the current 120gb to my main PC, and put games on it I couldn't with my 80gb x25-m.
Does anyone think there may be a price drop on the Vertex 2s with the 3 coming out? Also, are there better deals that exist (in Canada) for drives that are 240gb+? I was eyeing the 300gb Intel 320, but the price is too high for me to consider at this point.
