Could be the server is down, or could be your connection is down.
you can try to "fah -send all"

I can ping the server 171.64.65.64, but I don't know if it's accepting WU
It's status says it's accepting.

it finally sent after I changed the 'use IE settings" to no....
not sure why it was set to yes..I must have set it up drunk..

UGH. The dreaded IE settings strikes again.
Obviously not enough scotch...you need to drink enough so that you can't type to change the settings.
