Is this anybody here?

It looks a lot like acrylic tubing, bent to shape, flared at the fittings.

That is one nice setup. Trying to find thoughs clear white led fans he has too. Not sure if they are UV fans...i did see a couple of uv light tubes near the fans but i think that is for the fluid.

UPDATE: Found the stuff...ViperJohn preformed bends from Petras. Tygon 1/2 IN 11/16 OD. :)

Now my question is...what size tubing should i get for the rest of the setup beucase I cannot find a BitPower COmpression fitting for 1/2 ID 11/16 OD. Only 1/2 - 3/4 OD and 1/2 - 5/8 OD. ANy suggestions?

That's Malik's rig from XS, using all Feser Blue UV 10/16 tubes and Blue UV coolant. (that's equivalent to 3/8"ID 5/8"OD) From my own experience, the 1/2"x3/4" Feser tubing isn't anywhere near that in flexibility as it needs some zip ties to keep it round going from the outlet on the GTZ to the inlet on my NB block (he's got the GTZ mounted upside down there)

Sweet...I google him and found him on some other forums too. Looks like he is from Poland. The Feser-one.com forums has lots of pic of his system. Thanks for info on the owner.

Do you thing he is using pre-formed tubing or that is just the way it normally bends. I have the same waterblocks and want to use tight bends like that to keep the clutter down.

That is one nice rig...ever thought fans are custom.... NoiseBlockers Ultra Quite fan part in a clear frame.

The 3/8"x5/8" tubing is very flexible and resistant to kinking and will make bends like that (ie, he isn't using preformed bends; he also has compression fittings on every joint). The tubes with thinner walls and/or larger inner diameters will tend to flatten out at the middle of the bend so you'll be stuck with smaller tubing diameters or using coils/ties on the tubes to keep them round.

I'm actually laughing at this...not at you though.....
I had a post a while back, showing my Viper John modded video card....where a few homo's were making fun of Viper John,s pre formed tubing....

I'm glad to see some people here respect quality...

tommyxv, you can buy those tight bends right from VJ.....I actually have one he gave me that I didn't use.., you can have it if you want...
PM me if your interested.

I'm going to have to try that size tubing. Thanks for the info. I see in your sig that you have a MM case too...My Acension in black anodized should be here this week... How do you have your fans setup on your rad? pushing or pulling, or both?

I actually ordered one from Petra already to test out. Thanks though. The size of the pre-forms can only be used with barb fiitings and I wanted to use compression fittings. :(

I use 4xSanyo Denki 109R1212H1011's in push on a HWLabs 480mm radiator, which I'm going to try to swap for either a feser quad or a new thermochill 120.4 if those ever come out. I have the radiator up top and the fans push cool air right through the radiator and down through front and rear exhaust fans.

Nice, you have any pics of your setup. Would definitly like to see it. I've been searching for those fans you mentioned for days now. I found a place local to me who has them in stock for $30 each...OUCH! I will probably get 8 of them.:D

I'm checking on part numbers 109R1212H1021 (no RPM wire which is not need if you wire them up together and not ribbed) and the new ones 9G1212H102 (no RPM and is Ribbed)

I think the ribbed ones are better...should be more of a solid frame, better for mounting I would guess....what do you think?

No pics of it yet; I've been planning to rebuild it and sleeve the fans so maybe when I get some time I'll take some pics before bolting it shut again.
Personally I'd suggest a feser radiator and some Scythe S-Flex F or G fans. I got a good deal on these and only went for them because of the much higher fin density on my radiator than on the feser's, which level off in performance with mid-speed fans and do very well with low speed fans.
As for ribbed vs open frames, it doesn't really matter if you set it up so the bolt runs through the guard->case->fan all the way to the radiator. The fans get very little stress on the holes like this.

Question about the 3/8" ID 5/8" OD that Malik is using for those tight bends...is the Tygon just as flexable and kink resistant compared to the Fezer UV blue or clear?

I hope 2 weeks is not considered too late

Feser tubing should do better in bends because it's made of rubber that's a bit stiffer [also, does Tygon even come in 10/16?].
