For it's price tier, I believe it's one of the better coolers your can get, if not the best.

I have the LED version of the 9500 and I like it, it cools my e6300 @ 3.2ghz fine with idle temps at 40 and load temps around 56 degrees C.

There are better coolers out there, possibly take a look at the Zalman CNPS9700 LED which is a bigger version of the 9500.

But for the price the 9500 is great.
