Is this an sli sff ???

Looks like it to me, it has the evga/jetway nf4 board.

The motherboard is decent as long as you are not looking to overclock.

I got a 25% overclock on it using my opty 146... It is not a bad board, but expect really shitty NB temps if you overclock at all. Mine was idling at over 100C according to BIOS. I think the temp probe was busted, but I found out about the crappy temps when I burned myself on the heatsink...

Yes - it is definitely SLI

I have seen this at a local Fry's and it has the eVGA NF-44 SLI mATX Motherboard and the Ultra Flex 500W PSU

Here is a link to Ultra's product page for the Ultra Box SLI with detailed specs

put a better chipset cooler, evga i think is the company that is cool and will let you change coolers and still have the warranty, so long as the core or anything isn't physically broken or burned i heard they used to do that at least they still might. the stock cooler has as much surface area as a 2 inch square piece of sheet metal
