Hello all,

I've been looking at getting this power suppy...
Antec SmartPower 2.0 SP-500 ATX12V 500W Power Supply 115/230 V TUV, UL, CUL, CE, CB, FCC - Retail
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?item=N82E16817103937

upon looking at the specs something caught my eye... and keeping in mind, I'm still learning about this I felt I should ask about it here... I see that it has this listed under connectors...
1 x Main connector (20+4 pin)
1 x 12V (P4)
6 x peripheral
4 x SATA
2 x Floppy
2 x PCI-E

I plan on purchasing 5 250GB SATA hard drives, do these specs mean I can't do that?

I'm sorry if this is a dumb question...

any thoughts and help is greatly appreciated :)

Chances are the SATA drive will have a legacy molex.

So you'll have 5 sata power, and 1 molex power ed sata drives.
