Is this a problem, need a new motherboard?

I'm getting huge system interrupt spikes anytime I use my network, it cripples my computer. Tried switching network cards but the interrupts didn't go away. In addition, the new card crashes my computer within minutes.

I tried running Orthos but it doesn't provoke the interrupts, neither do games. I think I've isolated the problem to the motherboard but I'd like a second opinion. The motherboard in question is a GA-P35-DS3L which has been overclocked to hell for a year now at 333 FSB. (the stock speeds do nothing to solve this problem)

Thanks for your time if you're still with me and I'm sorry if this is not the right place to ask.

Perhaps check for new drivers and or reboot the network/router along with cable/dsl modem.

found the problem, close plz

thanks anyways trois.

btw was a stupid USB adapter that I plugged my headset into. It was bad. Thought it was network traffic because I used Skype (which triggered the USB headset) while online and disabling my network also disabled skype.
