i've got a 4400+ 1.55v @2600mhz

with a swifttech 350 pump and a single cpu waterblock dual black ice xtreme 2 rad

its 84F in my house and my cpu temp is 52C idle and 58C load

Is this a normal temperature
 
That sounds a bit high but it could be the sensor is off. Have you double checked mount on the block by pulling it off and looking at the thermal paste?
