on the 12 V rail on my antec true control 550W is 12.032V good, when i control it i can get either 11.68 or 12.032 closest to 12V.
 
I would go as close to 12.0 as you could... :) 12.032 is damn close. As a general rules, more is better for voltage, especially for overclocking (within reason, my friend).

Sounds like you have a heck of a good power supply. :)

Well with 550w his system is only pulling about 300w so its not going to sway from the 12v mark very far unless its a bad PSU lol.
