Okay, another stupid question here:

I just built a new computer. I have a mid size Lian Li case with 4 acces fans(8cmx25) working. Two in and two out. My cpu temp is 50.0 C. Which is also 122.0 F. The sys temp is 39.0 C. Which is 102.2 F. Is this a good temp or is it running too hot?
I have a Guru Abit Motherboard that monitors the temp. Please help me out here?

Thank you in advance

Thanks for responding.

My CPU is:

Thank you for the reply.
So, I am okay then?

plz do not copy and paste those newegg descriptions of the product. Most ppl here already know them and it just takes up space and its rather annoying.

These temps are all the time. It sometimes goes up or down a degree but has been pretty much running like this.

max is 70*

50* is okay... it's not great, but it's certainly not bad. What are you using for thermal grease?

Try Motherboard Monitor 5 and see if it registers different temps. MBM5 reigisters my temps 5 degrees lower than my boards utility (MSI's CoreCenter has been known for it's innacurate temp readings...maybe yours is reading high as well)

Hey bro, please dont post anything if its not going to be relevent to the thread. Its not really helping him out any.

Anyway, yea 50 is pretty moderate for the "E". Unfortunately it runs hotter then the others. You'll be OK, just be careful if youre going to OC it. You can always try water cooling too. Good luck.
