Is this a good temp for my noctua NH-U12P 1366?

I just got my new processor and motherboard installed, I am running an i7 920 stock at the moment and mobo is an asus p6t deluxe, I am wondering If I am getting a good temp from my heatsink?
My temps are 39, 42, 36, 42 idle 46 41 45 50 when I did the gta 4 bechmark.
I am wondering If I put too much thermal compound or if my temps are good, I am new with aftermarket heatsinks.

Did more test with something more popular, prime 95 and speed fan.
stress test of prime 95 and speed fan says cpu 62c cores are 51 48 48 48.
I cut all test and cpu temp goes down to cpu 40c core 28 22 27 25.
