Is this a good setup for my system?

Instead of going with 2x 1TB Samsung EVO drives, would it make more sense for me to go with 1TB EVO and throw in this 1TB WD Raptor I have and load up my steam games on that. Then have my apps, non steam games, and data on the 1TB EVO.

Just wanted everyone's opinion.

I would put OS/Games/Apps on the 1TB Evo and have a mechanical drive for data. At least, that's how I do it now. Is there some reason you need your data storage on an SSD? If so, then double Evos if you can afford it.

I'm considering picking one of these up as well in the next couple months, so I'm interested to see how you like it.

I agree, if you can afford it then for sure two SSD's I fill up my 512GB often and transferring over to the other drives is time consuming and annoying.
