I'd rather go with this one if you only have $45 or so to spend...

If you can afford another $10-15 then get I would get a 400 waat or higher Fortron. For starters, Fortron "under rates" their PSU's and you'll notice they list an efficiency rating of 70% under load. The PSU that you are looking at doesn't even list an efficiency rating. WHo knows, it could be 40% under load, which would pretty much suck.

it would be a good idea to stick with a psu you are familiar with. (antec thermaltake enermax allied etc)
