Is this a good PSU?

I am looking to buy a modular PSU since my matx computer case is kind of small. Is this a good one to consider?

OCZ 500W ATX12V Modular Power Supply

I would spent about 70 dollars for a psu.

Do you guys have other suggestion?

It's okay, but i've heard that OCZ rebates are kind of iffy. I think for $70, you could get a 500W corsair or antec.

Yeah, go with the seasonic if you have the budget for it, but the antec's not bad either. Both should be very reliable.
