Is this a good PSU for this setup?

My rig mainly consists of a s939-nforce3 board, a geforce 6800gt (agp), 2x512 pc3200, and 2 sata drives. Here's a PSU I'm considering since I believe mine may need replacing (currently I have an antec truepower 480)

Seems good with 18A on each 12V rail and it's only $50. I think it's probably at least as good as the antec TP480. Any thoughts?

It's 18A on each +12V rail, all right - but with a maximum combined +12V capacity of 29A when both +12V rails are operating at the same time. (That 29A rating was calculated from the maximum combined +12V power output of 348W.)

Even with that 29A total +12V capacity, it should be more than sufficient for your particular rig.
