Is this a good monitor

Repones time is high- 25ms but otherwise it looks ok... good price if it's reviews are good, try googling it.
 
The brightness seems a bit low but from what I've read most LCD's are extremely bright anyways. Should be ok for web browsing and documents.
 
Looks like a pretty good moniter for the price. Like they mentioned, the 25ms response time is a little high, but unless you're doing alot of gaming you aren't going to really notice it much.
 
dont buy that pos try to get something with at least 12ms responce time 16 at the most.
