is this a good HDTV?

well my mom got a 26" HDTV for $600 and the quality is great and i found one on buy.com 32 inch for $520 and i showed my mom and she said i should of got that one but is it a good HDTV? here's the link

the reviews look good its has 4.5 out of 5 and it has DVI plugin for the PC also

native rez is 1366 x 768, which is really tiny for computer usage with this screen size.... and for that price.... i wouldn't bet high image quality...

I would do my best to return it, for that price you could get a 24" LCD monitor.. right now the dell 2407wfp is 609$.. 1920x1200.. would allow you to easily do full 1080P..

Or you could spend some more on a Westy 37"
