Is this a Good Deal?

Hello all, i recently picked up a pc for my dad to upgrade from his pentium 3 :O,

Its an Upgraded HP Compaq D530 Small Form Factor

Has
Pentium 4, 2.66 Ghz
1 Gb Ram (256mb x 4)
40 HB Hard Drive
DVD Reader/CD-RW

Not just that but it came with a 17 inch Lcd monitor that rotates like all over the place, and came with new mouse and keyboard.

He loves it and its a big jump from a 1ghz p3, but i was wondering if all this was worth 300$? Everything is pretty much new and has no damage.

Without fully analyzing it and being an ass, I'd say its an OK buy.

$200, maybe $250. With the monitor, you didn't really get ripped off.
