Thinking of getting this PSU:

Its going to power a:
Asus P5W DH
E6300 or E6350(if its out when I buy)
2 gigs of Corsair Ram
8600 Ultra(if the rumor is true, Ultra is the highest version of the 8600) or whatever ATI's equvalient is.

I heard Silverstone makes some nice PSU's and plus this is modular which I want.
 
You should be fine.

I'd suggest the ST56ZF over this though; single 38a rail, non-modular..
