System Specs:
AMD Athlon Thunderbird 1.4GHz
640mb SDIMM
Sound Blaster Live! Value
GeForce eVGA FX5700 Ultra 128mb (W/ 5.3.0.3 Forcewear)

Ran 3DMark03 Pro and got a score of 2973. Crappy, Decent, or good? Im leaning towards crappy but ive never used 3DMark Before. Thanks guys.

That 2900-ish score is about right for your videocard, CPU and memory configuration. The only way that you can score into the 3000s with that GFFX 5700U card is to overclock your system's FSB, which will raise your AGP frequency beyond specifications.

with an AMD 1.5ghz
512mb sdram pc133
and a 9500pro i got

3400 marks stock @1024x768
4100 marks 340/600 @ 1024x768
5100+ marks 340/600 @ 800x600
