Is this a bug in iTunes??

I use iTunes to download music. However, I am having a problem. I always download full albums and when I get them downloaded and set up a playlist the song order is always wrong. I end up having to manually change the song order. Does anyone else have this problem or know how to fix it? Thanks in advance.

iTunes reads from the IDv1 tags instead of the IDv3 tags. If the v1 tags arent present, it will put them in alphabetical order.
 
I can't set the playlists play order in iTunes. I have to manually move the songs around once I make a playlist. Can anyone help here??

Go up to the top set of columns where it says "Artist", "Name", etc. Right-click and select "Track Number". Click on the new "Track Number" column to set it as the column to sort.

This suggestion worked!!! Thank you very much. It was driving me nuts having to rearrange everything. I truly appeciate your help on this one.
