Is this a 6800 GT

Well, I am looking in to buying a 6800 GT. I was looking at this one: http://www.newegg.com/app/viewProdu...121-172&depa=0&CMP=OTC-hardocpne&ATT=Asus6800
Is that a 6800 GT? The 6800 (no GT) is 12 pipes and a lower clock right? I was comparing it to the eVGA 6800 GT and it has the same specs (16 pipes, 350mhz core).

Thanks for the help.

Nope, its an overclocked 6800 12 pipe with twin molex connectors. Good bundle with it, don't think the bundle makes up for the fact that its $150 more than a regular 6800.

Agreed.

My 9800 Pro died, and my birthday is next week. Gonna try to weasle some money out of my family. Just have to decide what to buy...

It has the same stats as a GT (350 core, 1Ghz memory), however it is correct when its said it only has 12 pipes. If it were $325 or so then it would be a steal, but the loss of the 4 pipelines hurts with high speed memory. For $400 its better to just get a real GT.
