This is the card I have, it looks identical. I have ramsinks on the ram, and a waterblock on the gpu. It is stable at 432/391. It is using the R360 but had Hynix 2.5ns ram. Is this card able to mod to a 9800XT?

I've looked at the rojak guide and it looks slightly different than what they claim is a modable 9800. It does not have the low profile VGA connector, and it has 4 transistors under the heatsink on the upper left, and the rojak guide shows 8 without a heatsink.
 
He said he already has it. not looking to get it. As for is it modable, i don't know enough about it to say, but someone around should know. I would think if its R360 and can run XT speeds it is modable, but i would probley just run it at XT speeds using ATItool and not worry about modding it.
 
I originally bought a 9800Pro DDR2 back before the 6800/6600's and x800's came out but the DDR2 model isnt modable into anything other than a FireGL. That card went bad and this is the card that they sent me back. My old DDR2 model had an R350 and would only overclock to something like 400/375, so im pretty happy that this card overclocks alot better than the old one.
 
Just for grins, here are my old 3DMarks scores.

This first set was using my original DDR2 9800Pro running at 400/375 with Omega drivers.

03: 6248
05: 2657

Here are my new ones with the DDR1 card I now have running at 432/391 with the latest drivers from ATI.

03: 6735
05: 3198

I think if I try using the Omega drivers again my score will go up more, but I'm very pleased with the extra performance I have from this newer card. I don't think I'm going to softmod it, instead I'll probobly just overclock it manually whenever I need to.
