Sapphire makes most of the BBAti cards. The best company for many of these cards can be found in the sticky thread at the top of VidCards section.

The difference is that the pbati partners can include as much or as little as they want in the box with the card, and sometimes modify the clocks and memory on the card. Some add features, like ASUS' vivo stuff.
