Is there enough radiators for setup?

I have a GTX 680 and I have another which I previous got but never had the time to put in. It's watercooled and I'm running a quad radiator with a MCP655 with a 2700k clocked at 4.8ghz.

If I were to put my 2nd GTX 680 in, would a 2nd radiator take care of all the heat? I'm more focused on quiet so I have slow moving fans on the radiator.

I prefer not to put in a 2nd loop.

The quad should handle all three blocks but it depends on how cool you want to run, might need faster fans speed to keep up on overclocks. I'd add a 240 to the loop to keep the fans running slow.

I run a 360 and a 240 to be ready for 2xR9 290s and my 4770K. Currently have only 1 R9 290. Slow fan speeds.

I'm actually thinking of adding an additional radiator to the quad already in there. Coupled with slow moving fans, it should be sufficient. The RX480 is pretty beefy.
