Is there any program to control Fan Speed?

Hello everyone

I need a program to manually control the speed of fans inside my computer case. I can use the Asus AI program (since I have connected the fans to my motherboard) but the Asus program only gives me general settings (standard, turbo and such). I'd like to be able to specify the temperature thresholds for my fans. Is there any program that lets me do this?
