Is there a way to turn off the mp3 preview ?

ya know like ya have an mp3 in ya windows explorer and ya highlight it and it goes to load up to be able to play in the lil media player. i hate it and want to turn it off.

Regardless, it would still help if you would tell us what operating system you are running. Oh what the hell, I'll try to help. I don't run windows so I don't remember exactly how to do it, but I think you can turn off that side panel. It's in the view menu, I believe.

No, they're not that similar at all with Explorer and previews. You must be running 2K.

It's in your folder options, like Zwitterion said.
