is there a way how to get rid of unsigned publisher warning in Win XP SP2?

you get this in win xp sp2 when you try to install any program that does not have a signed certificate. So i was wondering if it was possible to somehow disable it from poping up EVER for any app. i want to install?

In Internet Explorer, click Tools/Internet Options > Advanced.
Under Security, clear the "Check for signatures on downloaded programs" box.
Click OK.

But I'm not sure if that's for individual programs or not.

the chek box is just for that ONE app. not for all of them.
