There are HTPC cases like that. See SilverStone CW02 available at the end of June (unless you were lucky and got one of the first batch)

The gt3 gtr tech sounds like it fits your specs but it is gonna be a pain to cram everything for atx into a small case.

If a plexi cubish thing sounds interesting, look for the Sunbeam UFO. It's basically a double decker case that is pretty much the same size as a "SFF" case but lets you use standard size items. Only problem would be a video card that was a lot wider than the mobo.
