Is there a SASSER doctor in the house?

I have the sasser virus.

At least, I have all the symptoms of the sasser virus.
When I start Wimdows, this is what I get...

And, of course, I get a shutdown shortly thereafter.

I have run the sasser fixes, to no avail.

I got the latest updates for Norton. Norton says I have no viruses.

What do I do?
