I have a PNY 240 GB SSD hard drive that has slowed to a crawl with me and is acting funny. Is there a program that can test the drive to see if it is failing...i.e. like Data Lifeguard tools does for a standard hard drive? I assume PNY will want some proof it is dying before they replace it.

Use a SMART utility, such as Intel Rapid Storage. Check the metrics.

You do realize a # of those benchmark tools have SMART read-outs.. and you'll often find varying % LIFE and info if you don't use the "brand" software I've found, that's why I like to use 2-3 to get info
