Is there a Bluetooth headphone splitter?

I have a computer source that I want to output audio to three Bluetooth headphones.

I can pair them all but only send audio to one at a time.

Is there a device or something where I can broadcast the audio to all three?

Bluetooth supports up to 7 devices but it's up to the sofware developer to decide if you can use many at once. Typically Windows has made bluetooth audio very cumbersome.

1. There are BT transmitters that will send to 2 devices
2. If you're using an external BT transmitter, you could split your signal and buy 2 more transmitters
3. If you don't have the headphones yet, you could buy some regular headphones and plug them all into a BT receiver
4. V-MODA and other headphones will let you daisy chain off a source
5. Bluetooth is pretty terrible for watching movies unless all your devices are aptx low latency

Like previous said, I've only seen devices that support BT pairing of up to 2 devices simultaneously on Windows side anyway but doing so it usually means added lag (don't think aptX works on Windows with 2 devices paired, at least not the ~25 ms or so lag, probably we were talking 80 - 125 ms or something like that), at least a BT transmitter/reciever I bought recently was like that so due the lag with 2 devices paired it was pretty much useless to pair 2 at a time.
