Is the VX550 enough for this?

OK, so I've basically deduced my 500watt Ultra X-finity isn't quite cutting it for my overclocking... heck, it doesn't even keep my system stable for a 10hr Orthos run at STOCK settings... really pitiful...

Anyways, I'm going to upgrade the PSU and as this is a HTPC I need to keep it quiet. I'm down to basically two manufacturers; Corsair and Seasonic. I've had amazing luck with Seasonic in the past but they're a little pricey for my current financial status, and with Corsairs having so many amazing deals I really can't pass them up. Although the VX550 is made by CWT as far as I can tell it's dB signatures are essentially the same as a HX520 sourced by Seasonic... which is good enough for me :D

Anyways, here's the specs...
Mobo: Gigabyte P35-DS3L
CPU: Intel e2180 (overclocking to around 3.0 ghz I'm pretty certain)
RAM: Crucial Ballistix 6400-cl4 (in sync to around 950mhz 5-5-5-15)
Vid Card: ATi 3850 (overclocked almost maxing out overdrive for gaming only, already replaced hsf with arctic s1 with a 140mm fan strapped to it)
2 SATA 7200 harddrives, 2 DVD-RW opticals, 3-120mm fans, and an 80mm fan.

Altogether should be around 425watt according to my measurements... so should be more than enough for the system and some future additions...

Anyone want to convince me otherwise of other manufacturers/units?
Any advice greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!!
Merry [late] Christmas to all...

Haha, a reply from an official corsair rep... I love OCP :D

So power is definitely good. The only other question is noise... In your opinion is the levels from the CWT and Seasonic sources about equivalent? If so, I'm sold!

Thanks!
