Is the PSU enough?

Quick questions for all the power supply experts: I was looking to put together a computer with a bunch of spare parts that I have lying around, and I wanted to verify that the power supply I have is sufficient.

I have a Seasonic S12 330W supply. (I can't seem to find the specs online anymore, I can look them up if needed)

It will (maybe) be powering:
-AMD Opteron 146 (no overclock)
-1gb pc3200 (2x512mb)
-Foxconn 6150BK8MC-KRSHN2 (with onboard nVidia 6150 graphics)
-DVD Burner
-Floppy Drive
-120gb IDE Hard Drive

No overclocking or anything exotic, and the computer will be used only for internet, email, etc... Is this supply big enough to power that?

Thanks for the reply. Based on the PSU calculators that I can find, the system should max out at around 200W full load, and the PSU *should* be new enough to have enough power on the 12V rail. I just wanted to make sure.
