is Ryzen faster in Windows 7?

In before this becomes a stupid Windows 10 vs Windows 7 thread. :D Yeah, The Stilt may be correct but, he did say he wanted to see if the results can be repeatable or not. If this is the case, at least there is a known direction that Microsoft can now go in when fixing the scheduler or whatever it is that is causing that issue.
 
I'm still on the fence of getting one now or not. If I do I'll let you know how it works on Windows 7. I haven't seen anywhere else yet mention Windows 7 and Ryzen.

Yeah but, if there was one person I would trust, The Stilt one be one of them.

Got ubuntu and Win7 here + ryzen1700, no Win10.
I can see if I could dual boot but upcoming week will be filled with stuff so I doubt i'll have time until next weekend.
