Is Quicktime the only player for .mov files?

Like the title says, I'm wondering if Quicktime is the only player for .mov files. I have some .mov files, but I don't want to reinstall quicktime to play them.

Will anything else play .mov files?

Media Player Classic? it wont play online streamings though, or if it can: i havent figured it out yet
