Is possible to add keywords for Windows Search bar?

I love the search bar in Windows 7+, I rarely have to go find anything anymore. But some programs/applications/settings do not appear unless you type exactly what it is. For example msconfig requires you to fully type msconfig (probably for safety, same with regedit), but what if I can't remember at that second that whats it's called. Is there a way to add say "boot, startup" as keywords for something like that?
