Is one fan on the OCZ ModStream enough?

How is the ventilation on the 520W ModStream? I've always had PSU with two fans in the past (Enermax) and wanted to try something different with my new build in a Wavemaster case. I was considering the PowerStream but don't really like the way the 2nd fan is located plus I read somewhere that it expels air out into the case (I might be wrong) also for anyone that has a Wavemaster knows that there might be some air obstruction in the back (see pic). I'm just guessing this as I don't know the actual dimension of the PowerStream. Plus I like the blue LED on the ModStream better than the green on the PowerStream :D

Yes the cooling sytem of the OCZ is adequate. It should be fine. The bottom fan should draw air in and expel it out the back IIRC.
