is my waterblock clogged?

hey guys I got a new waterblock the other day and i just set it up, i added watter wetter and it made the tubing look thick but after a minute or two it starts getting more and more clear could the waterblock be clogged?
 
ok i hate to read the whole post i gotta go to sleep soon but is that trying to say that i have to ditch all my perfect hard-i-worked for tubing and clean every part of my water cooling system? sounds like a hell of a punishment! water wetter never again
 
also i hate to make another thread so im just going to post my question on this one:
im getting 55C at full load with stock speeds of 2660 mhz, i believe this is partly in due to the fact that my waterblock is still clogged and also on the fact that my BI 360 was supposed to rely solely on the exhaust of my AC's floor unit but seeing how my AC is off and im getting such high temps i don't think i can get a reliable high overclock since the ac is bound to go off and on every now and then.
I guess my question is am i supposed to be getting such high temps at stock speed with a 3x 120 mm radiator and no fans? or could this be partly due to the fact that i still have fixed the 'clog'?
 
Well if your block is clogged a high temperature is one of the possible symptoms...


Other than that, can you reseat the block?
 
yeah i will do so this afternoon, take the waterblock apart and clean the copper plate , clogged or not tho should the temps be that high with a BI 360 and no fans?

Hows it mounted? Vertically or horizontally? Either way that's about right for a CPU temp :p. The black ice series make AWEFUL passive radiators, even if they're in a cold condition. Are you against buying 3 4$ Yate Loon fans from jab-tech.com and running them 5v? That'll take care of your Load temp problem quite fast.

One way to check whether your Passive rad is creating all these problems for you is to turn your system off overnight. Start it up in the morning and check your temp... I bet it starts low. Then leave it for a few hours idling. I bet your idle is higher now...

yeah your right i turned it on in the morning and i got like 15-16C, but after a bit it goes up to like 23-24C thats with the AC on.
I have a pentium 805 D so 2.6 ghz is stock right?
Also I took your advice and i found a 80 and 100 mm (i think) fan and just ghetto rigged it on there. I know this has probrably has been asked plenty of times but how loud would 3 yate loons at 5v be? im not striving for whisper quiet but i was trying to stray away from fans so noise is kind of a factor
Update on the condition of the wc system, the barbs were kinda slimy, the tubing was actually not that bad just gave it a good flush, and the block was indeed clogged but not by water wetter it was actually debris of some sort, if i see that happen again im going to switch from the n03 accelerator mid plate to the n02 midplate those 23 lil holes sure are small

EDIT: its not really passive cooling, its active cooling when the AC is on and passive when it turns itself off lol a picture of the ac floor unit:
