I have the following setup
Thermaltake Armor Series VA8000BWS Black Aluminum
GIGABYTE GA-P35-DS4 Rev. 2.0 LGA 775 Intel P35 ATX Intel Motherboard
Intel Core 2 Duo E6850 Conroe 3.0GHz LGA 775 65W Dual-Core Processor
ARCTIC COOLING Freezer 7 Pro 92mm CPU Cooler
CORSAIR XMS2 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400)
ENERMAX EG851AX-VH(W) EPS12V 660W Power Supply
+3.3V: 55A max, +5V: 48A max, +12V1.2.3.4: 20A max
(the power supply is from my old computer and is 2 years old)
EVGA 512mb G92 8800 GTS graphics card.
Western Digital 150gb Raptor primary harddrive with Win XP
2 x Seagate 320gb harddrives
Soundblaster XFI Xtreme music
My computer reboots during games and when I run prime 95. Prime 95 reboots at different times during the torture test, but I do not see any errors. I receive no errors and even unchecked the automatic reboot on error under the advanced tab in system restore. I am operating at stock speeds and my temperatures are all normal. I ran memtest for over 8 hours with no errors as well. According to PC Wizard my voltages are as follows.
CPU - 1.36V in BIOS it is set a 1.375, and when BIOS is set at 1.35 PC Wizard shows it as 1.33V
DIMM - 3.28V
+3.3v - 2.13V
+5V - 5.12V
+12V - 13.4V (Is this too high?)
VTT - 2.13v
VBAT - 3.14v
So what would you think is wrong? PSU or something else. I posted this in General hardware earlier, but after running all these tests I am leaning towards PSU.
