Is my psu enough for this?

Ok I'm about to pick up a 8800gts 640mb and would like to know if my psu will be able to handle it. I have a enermax 485watt noisetaker , now by itself it would do fine but here's what I have plugged to it right now.

x2 dvd burners
x4 120mm fans in a p180B
four sata hd's
four sticks of ddr 512 running in dual channel
7800gtx
some old tv card
and a x2 4200

would I be able to squeeze one in or will my psu blow up? or do I have to get a new power supply which would mean me not getting a 8800gts.

It should be fine for a while, but you're (already) pushing things beyond what I would be comfortable with.
