Is my PSU dead?

I have a OCZ Gamer Extreme, yes it is the Epsilon one to my knowledge. Computer won't boot, or boots a couple seconds after I pressed power, ram all the leds on it are wierd, then it just doesn't start. The water pump works, and the green light on motherboard shows up, however my radeon has red leds on the PCIE connector.

I reseted the CMOS, and seems to have same problem, is my psu dead? or could it be something else?

When did this start happening?

I wouldn't automatically blame the PSU. Pull all of your cards, except for video, and pull all the RAM except one stick, and try it again. Post back...

Thats what I really didn't want to do haha, but yea, I know got to do it. :D
